Sarah Dutcher is a solo and collaborative pianist, instructor, and composer living in New York City.  She has a Masters in Performance from Hunter College CUNY where she studied with Dr. Geoffrey Burleson, and received a BM in Piano Performance and a BA in English from The University of Georgia in Athens, GA where she studied piano with Dr. Martha Thomas and pedagogy with Dr. Pete Jutras. She was among the nominees for "Best Composition of the Year" by the Austin Critic's Table in 2013 (see Work). Sarah has played in masters classes for Pascal Rogé, Hélène Tysman, Yves Henri, Dr. William Westney, and Dr. Chih-Long Hu. She has performed at Lincoln Center, the Guggenheim Museum, the International Keyboard Institute and Festival, in Italy at the Interharmony International Music Festival, and in Portugal for Porto PianoFest.
